Personality Characteristics of Women Students from Abnormal Family Through Rorschach Test


Abstract
This study is based on random sampling method, including its subjects 60 university girls from abnormal family (Abnormal Family Group) who had been bereaved of one of their parents or both before they reach 5-year-old, and another 60 girls coming from normal family (Normal Family Group). Their ages range from 17 to 23, and according to the result of intelligence test, type C prepared by Chung Pum-Mo, the average IQ of normal family group was found to be 121.3, and, abnormal family group 120.2. The result of Rorschach test conducted individually under the standardized administrative process by Klopfer, both groups have shown mean score of most of Rorschach factors within normal range, but the abnormal family group was found to have potential personality characteristics by showing a meaningful difference manifested over 7 factors.
Personality characteristics of abnormal family group found in comparison to normal family group are as follow:

3) rejection (Rei)
4) unusual detail response (Dd) decrease in
5) color response (C)
6) number of response to cards y1, IX, X (VJQ, IX, X, R%) increase in
7) anatomy response (At), etc.
